TAE KWON DO CLASSES
Notley TKD is a member of Chung Do Kwan Group and we practice a traditional form of Tae Kwon Do. As well as learning a traditional martial art we put an emphasis on personal development meditation and massage techniques in addition to self-defence suppleness, strength and fitness.
Our classes are suitable for all ages and abilities from five years old to pensioners.
